Your hair is our responsibility from the moment it reaches the atelier until the finished wigs are in your hands, and we remain available after delivery.

Every strand treated with respect
Your salon invests significantly in sourcing its hair. We honour that investment through careful handling and considered use of every strand, with no unnecessary waste. The success of our partners is our success: the hair you send receives the same attention as the finished wig.

A clear process, from receipt to delivery

Instructions & consultation
We request your production instructions, review the material and, where useful, propose production refinements or new directions. Manufacturing begins only after your approval.

Preparation
The hair is carefully cleaned and sorted before production, preserving the integrity and quality of the raw material entrusted to us.

Manufacturing & updates
We keep you informed throughout production and confirm how many wigs can be made from the hair you supplied.

Completion & payment
Production usually takes approximately 50–60 days and may be completed sooner. When the wigs are ready, we notify you and payment for manufacturing is arranged.

Express delivery
Following payment, the finished wigs are sent to you by express courier. Any hair remaining after production is returned with your order.

04 / AFTERCARE
Our responsibility continues after delivery
Once your shipment arrives, we contact you to make sure every piece meets your expectations. If a manufacturing error has occurred, we correct it at our expense. Salons that partner with us — through manufacturing or our ready-made collection — may also use our paid wig repair service.
